Valuation Services - Intellectual Property

Where Intellectual Property is identifiable and may include trademarks, patents (individual and bundled), copyright and design, computer systems software and programmes, databases, manuals and procedural instructions, secrets – the list is quite extensive. Our experience in preparing valuations in these categories is considerable and much work comes from accounting firms who are deemed to have a conflict of interest if they are auditors to the entity. Valuations must be prepared by a truly independent valuer under the Standard.
